PLAN YOUR VM EXPORTS INTUITIVELY
XenToolBox incorporates an export planning system that allows the user to have the Pool planned in time. The user can make the VM backups by tasks and establish for each task the frequency with which it will be run.
The user can also check the status of its exports, including a detailed summary of each of them. And all this with a simple click!
PLAN ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS
With XenToolBox the users can plan the export tasks automatically and set up for each of them the regularity that better meets their needs:
Daily: You will have a daily backup of each VM.
Weekly: You can set the days of the week on which your VM backups will be performed.
Monthly: You will get a monthly backup of each VM on the selected day.
KEEP YOUR DATA ONLY ONCE
XenToolBox implements a deduplication storage system that will allow you to store a much higher number of backups than a traditional system.
When you configure the storage of copies you can select the deduplication option (optional but recommended).
Note: The maximum storage will be limited by the ram that we give to the virtual instance XenToolBox.

RECOVER YOUR BACKUPS AT ANY MOMENT
Using XenToolBox backup catalog the user can recover a previous state from any VM stored.
Also the backups will be served on XVA or OVF format, allowing you to import them with any GUI utility like XenCenter or OpenXenmanager.
